Using images of old Victorian postcards as inspiration, I created a mischievous veggie head riding a spun cotton black cat. These two are all handmade by me and have lots of vintage embellments. Mr. Veggie Head holds a tiny spun cotton turnip treat bucket, and he wears a vintage crepe paper collar. He feet are made from vintage velvet fabric to look like leaves. The black cat has glass eyes and has vintage seam binding as a collar. The pumpkin man is firmly attached to the cat. The piece measures 6-1/2" tall.
